Trout Post Lodge

The Trout Post Lodge is defined as "Rustic Luxury" and is located on 134 acres of private river front property. Completed the Spring of 2009, the Trout Post sleeps 8 anglers comfortably in 4 bedrooms and a loft. It has 2 bathrooms with showers and a large open concept front room and Kitchen area. With its large fully covered wrap around deck, there is no shortage of space for relaxing after a day on the river. Due to its remoteness, the Trout Post is off the grid and is powered by a 12KW generator, has a large propane tank for hot water, cooking, and to run the refrigerator. However, because we want you to fish and enjoy yourself, it also has a dish washer, microwave, BBQ and very comfortable furnishings. This place is ideal for groups of friends who plan annual trips, and want something "on the water". The property and surrounding lands have limited public access so rarely is another wade angler seen. The Lodge is fully equipped for self catering however we can supply a cook to take care of breakfast and evening meals. This makes it ideal for smaller corporate retreats as well. Elk River Lodge

Located along the banks of the Elk River north of Sparwood, lies the Elk River Lodge on the historic Diamond B Ranch. The Lodge is comfortable and rustic, with incredible views right beside the Elk River. There's lots of room to roam with total privacy on the 92 acre Diamond B Ranch. Originally built in 1910, the lodge has been carefully restored to preserve the original rustic appeal and furnished with large leather chairs, custom log furniture and spacious decks overlooking our own spring creek and mountain views.

The lodge has 6 bedrooms and accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably. Each room has luxurious log beds, down comforters, and a refrigerator. Each two bedrooms share a bath and all have access to the full kitchen, great room with fireplace, large dining room and spacious decks. All inclusive packages include 3 hearty meals per day...continental breakfast, delicious pack lunches and hearty dinners consisting of succulent salmon and steak options.
